Mallory and Dylan's Journey began the summer of her eighth-grade year and his freshman year. They were introduced through mutual friends and discovered they lived about 5 minutes apart. Though they had shared many friends, their paths never truly crossed until then.When Mallory started at BA in August 2017, they began spending time together everyday at school. On August 27, 2017, Dylan asked Mallory to be his girlfriend, marking the beginning of a beautiful chapter in their lives. Neither of them had a driver's license yet, so every date required a parent's help - a sweet reminder of how young their love story began.From homecoming dances to prom nights, they shared every milestone from eighth grade through senior year. Over the years, their bond only grew stronger. They made countless memories together, from everyday moments to annual trips to the Outer Banks - their favorite place.Then, on August 22, 2025, in their favorite sandy spot, Dylan got down on one knee and asked Mallory to spend forever with him. It was a moment filled with love, surprise, and the promise of a lifetime together - the perfect continuation of their love story that began all those years ago.
